Mr. Hayford served as chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of NCR Corporation, a public global payments and technology platform company, from 2018 to 2023. Prior to joining NCR, Mr. Hayford founded and served as a senior advisor at Motive Partners from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of Fidelity National Information Services and, prior to that, served in roles of increasing responsibility at Metavante Technologies, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Mr. Hayford also served as a director (public company) at Metavante Technologies.

Mr. Hayford was appointed by the President of the United States in 2022 to serve on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, an executive-branch council focused on critical infrastructure security and resilience.

Mr. Hayford is a member of the audit committee.
