Customers in Latin America can now look to Arrow Electronics, Inc.
(NYSE:ARW) for their Microsoft embedded technology needs thanks to an
expanded licensing agreement between the two companies.
While Arrow’s customers in North America, Europe, Australia and New
Zealand have this offering today, Arrow is now authorized to sell
embedded software licenses on Microsoft’s range of products and
services, from hand-held devices to servers, in Latin America. The
expanded agreement includes Microsoft’s embedded product offerings
including CE, XPe, Windows Embedded Standard, POSReady, and Server.
